Admin sign in
Only authorised administrators and optometrists can reach order and prescription information. This sign in is separate from the storefront customer account.
Order operations
Review prescriptions, manage fulfilment, add tracking, and issue authorised refunds.
Stock
Mark products out of stock and set how many are available. Counted stock goes down automatically as orders are paid on the website.
Leave the quantity blank if you do not want stock counted for a product; it then stays available until you mark it out of stock. When a counted quantity reaches 0 the product shows as out of stock on the storefront.
Products & prices
Add new products to the storefront and change the price of any product. Prices update on the website and at checkout straight away.
Add a product
New products appear in the matching section of the storefront. Contact lenses always ask the customer for a strength and prescription at checkout.
Discount codes
Create percentage codes customers enter at checkout. A code can cover the whole cart or only the products you choose.

The percentage comes off the price of the products the code covers. Delivery fees are never discounted.
Specials
Specials pop up on the storefront and appear in its Specials section until they end, are switched off, or are deleted. Choose the type of special and the products it covers; it is applied automatically in the cart and at checkout, and those products show an “On special” tag.
Create a special
Give it a headline and a short message, then choose the type of special and the products on special. Any product can be put on special.
